The Evergreen Family Estate showcases our commitment to sustainable residential design. This custom-built home achieves net-zero energy consumption through a combination of passive solar design, superior insulation, and renewable energy generation.

The home's orientation maximizes southern exposure for solar gain in winter while deep overhangs provide shade in summer. Triple-glazed windows, continuous air barrier, and heat recovery ventilation ensure exceptional energy efficiency.
