Project Overview

The Evergreen Family Estate showcases our commitment to sustainable residential design. This custom-built home achieves net-zero energy consumption through a combination of passive solar design, superior insulation, and renewable energy generation.

The home's orientation maximizes southern exposure for solar gain in winter while deep overhangs provide shade in summer. Triple-glazed windows, continuous air barrier, and heat recovery ventilation ensure exceptional energy efficiency. The integrated solar panel system generates more electricity than the home consumes annually, with excess fed back to the grid.

Key Features
  • Net-zero energy consumption
  • Passive house certified construction
  • 12kW solar panel array
  • Geothermal heating and cooling
  • Rainwater harvesting for irrigation
